A little bit about me…

Hi again! I’m Tony — a curious person living in the Windy City. Chicago really feels like home, and not just because I’ve been hit by two cars or have a Stockholm Syndrome-esque relationship with the winters. This is where I’ve grown personally and professionally.
I love it here, but I would be open to moving somewhere new for the right opportunity, or to a hillside olive orchard in Tuscany even if it’s a terrible opportunity. It’s beautiful there. It really does look like every painting hanging in your dentist’s waiting room.

I was born and raised in St. Louis, MO where I overcame adversities like having frosted tips, annual visits to the ER for stiches and broken bones, being a theater kid, and childhood conscription into my family’s plumbing company. One might say child labor laws were infringed upon, but my mom would say it was “good” for me.
At this time I have to legally disclose that I have in fact ran a marathon. Just by waiting this long to reveal this, I have several fines and penalties from the Marathon & CrossFit Advocacy Association. But the good news is, aside from the occasional brisk walk with my dog, I’m retired .
When I’m not working, or taking my dad’s phone calls about weather reports 300 miles away, I enjoy exploring the dozens of breweries in Chicago, learning about and being in complete awe of the infinite wonder of space (I drove three hours to see the 2024 eclipse), watching baseball, and making tweaks to my homemade salsa recipe.
